Obyn Greenfoot is a monkey character who debuted in Bloons TD 6. He is a forest guardian who attacks Bloons with wolf spirits and other facets of nature.

Gameplay

Bloons TD series

Obyn Greenfoot is a Hero who pops Bloons with piercing wolf spirits. He also serves a versatile support role, buffing Magic monkeys (especially Druids), slowing Bloons with his Nature's Ward Totem, and generating money by absorbing Bloons in his Wall of Trees. He is relatively cheap and levels up quickly.

Bloons Pop!

Obyn is a Hero unlocked by completing level 12. Every time he hits a Bloon, he summons homing wolf spirits, and once more when he expires.

Bloons Card Storm

Obyn is a Hero that facilitates a more defensive play style, creating free but low-damage Wolf cards and passively granting himself a shield. He does still summon wolf spirits himself, but requires full bloontonium while also rewarding gold.

General information

Appearance

Obyn and Gwendolin in "The Story of Monkeys vs Bloons"

Obyn Greenfoot has blue fur that fades to light green around the extremes of his fur, pale grey-lavender skin, green hands, purple feet, green irises, and black pupils (with Obyn being one of the few characters in the series with irises and pupils). He wears brown wraps around his hands and a pair of brown sandals. He additionally has a pair of branches resembling antlers emerging from the sides of his head. In Bloons TD 6 and Battles 2, his appearance changes as he levels up:

• At level 3, he grows leaves from his arms and his branches grow slightly.
• At level 10, he gains a small wooden helmet and all of his leaves gain a bright blue glow.
• At level 20, he grows full bushes from his branches, he grows leaves on his shoulders, his helmet covers his whole head except his face, and his hands glow a bright blue.

In "The Story of Monkeys vs Bloons", he appears much younger, and his antlers are saplings instead of branches.

Personality and traits

Obyn is a completely serious and assertive monkey, being very in tune with nature. He does not have many known interests outside of nature, but his alternate skins show that he embodies multiple elements of it, such as the ocean. He speaks with a British English accent.

• It has been implied Obyn likes mint ice cream.
• Obyn sleeps in a flower bed.
• Obyn enjoys eating oranges in the shower.
• Obyn shed a tear when first witnessing the Bloon Solver, with him appreciating their ridding the environment of Bloon waste.
• Obyn could turn into an Ice Monkey if he wanted to, but doesn't feel the need to thanks to his mastery of nature.
• Obyn frequently goes out on forest walks playing Pikmin Bloom.
