::Why not? Not leveling up can let yourself matchmake CT with less experienced players, well to a certain point. Some video games actually make it favorable to not leveling up an account for a while because it restricts enough to promote a certain playstyle to grind a specific resource before being ready to take on harder game goals. Bloonstones are purely quality of life, city cash has a limit to its effectiveness, and Monkey Knowledge has massive xp curves to completely discourage grinding it.
