Since 2012, Ninja Kiwi has been answering questions about their games in the Q&A section of their Blog. On the Ninja Kiwi official site, there was a comment section which users could use to ask questions; since the Blog's move to Reddit in July 2022, the Reddit comment section has served the same purpose. Originally, Blogs were published irregularly, but since Date, Ninja Kiwi has consistently published a Blog post each week.
Below, all of the questions Ninja Kiwi has answered about the Bloons franchise have been listed newest to oldest. Questions about Ninja Kiwi in general, and questions about other Ninja Kiwi games, will be excluded.

I don't think we'd let watchers send emoticons to players but viewers is good.

I don't believe there are plans for one. Is that something that would be popular? I feel like there isn't a whole lot of time to think in Battles.
How come the Apprentice hasn't had proper buffs in Battles mobile?
It's already the second coolest tower so we don't want to give it too much of a boost. I imagine there will be something in a future update though :)

We don't have plans for more content updates at this stage.

Bloons Super Monkey 2 is coming along at a similar time if things go smoothly. Otherwise we haven't announced any other projects.

There will be! The next few updates will address competitive stuff, like clans, tournaments and leader board changes. We're not planning to change the game though :)

We've got content planned out, yep!
Will you update BSM2 Flash with the new stuff or will it be mobile exclusive?
BSM2 won't be getting any more updates. The mobile version is built separately from the ground up so it's its own game. Nothing in it can be transferred to web.

Nope. Not sure if they will happen for mobile.

There are no plans at this stage.

What ways are there to get Ancient Monkey Knowledge packs?
A chance with each chest captured and in Contested Territory events. There will be more ways in future [sic].
Will there be compensation for tiles/chest previously captured (for Monkey Knowledge)?
There will not be. This is because we want players to get most of their packs from events (such as CT Milestones. There are more coming). While back-paying players for their tiles would be great, if annoying with all those packs, working on that doesn't add anything to the game where as adding new events does. Most players shouldn't be affected by MK coming out now rather than earlier so looking forward is the choice we've made in this case.
Is there a chance the Engineer will be put into Bloons TD 5 Web?
There are no plans to add the Engineer to BTD5.
Are there any plans for a Daily Reward system for BMC like BTD5, SAS4, BSM2 etc?
Nope.
Will the Special Agents, tracks and Special Missions from Deluxe be put into BTD5 Flash and Mobile?
At this point our plans don't include them just yet, but it's entirely possible that the exclusive Deluxe stuff will make it to the Mobile (for Steam) version of BTD5. Nothing to say about the website version except that it's less likely at this point in the game's life.
Will Bloons Super Monkey 2 get any updates or a sequel?
No plans for either unfortunately.

Yep. There are one or two tweaks waiting for Defend mode, but otherwise nothing to share.
Any new information about the Portal Artefact (in Bloons Monkey City)?
No.
When will development of BTD6 start?
When it starts. (There's a lot of potential in BTD5 and its off-shoot games. While there are a bazillion and one awesome ideas for BTD6, we can only do so much at once)
Why does BTD5 Deluxe still have less features than the online and mobile versions?
The mobile version of every game is an entirely different code base. Because of that, anything made for mobile has to be fully remade for the web/Deluxe version. The mobile versions of our games gets significantly more players and so more time can be spent on it.
Will there be changes to the existing Honor system in BMC in the near future?
There will be changes, but whether it's near or not is still unknown.
Will the Portal Artefact be in the next BMC update?
Nein.

Stay strong. Not too many days now. I would be surprised if you had to wait more than a week, but the world is ever changing so plans must change similarly.
