Microraptor is a solid choice to start games, being ideally purchased along with [[Piranha]]. Purchasing it with [[Gyrfalcon]] can also be done on maps without water, but it is not as powerful and the combination cannot be afforded initially in [[CHIMPS]]. Due to its small range, frequent re-positioning of the Microraptor is needed on more challenging maps.
