Bigger Globs is not recommended for use as a standalone 0-1-0 Glue Gunner, but serves a strong role as a crosspath for all Glue Gunner upgrades of other paths. With {{B|Glue Soak~~|BTD6~~}}, it is a good early-game supporting ~~tower~~, and with {{B|Stronger Glue~~|BTD6~~}}, it stalls {{B|Super Ceramic Bloon~~|BTD6~~}}s well for abilities to recharge. The extra pierce provided by Bigger Globs greatly aids {{B|Bloon Dissolver~~|BTD6~~}}, {{B|MOAB Glue~~|BTD6~~}}, and their succeeding upgrades. Crosspathing further to {{B|Glue Splatter~~|BTD6~~}} is recommended for all Tier 3+ Glue Gunners, except MOAB Glue, where doing so is optional.
