The Cuddly Bear is a Special Item in the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City. It provides an Activated Ability that grants 20 lives, can only be used once per round, and has a cooldown of 120 seconds.
These lives are converted to City Cash at the end of the game, just like the player's starting lives.
