C4 Charlie is a monkey character in Bloons Adventure Time TD. He uses explosives to attack groups of Bloons.
Gameplay
[edit | edit source]C4 Charlie is a simple damage-focused character that focuses on clearing groups of weaker Bloons, at the cost of not being able to pop black Bloons and having MOAB-Class DPS that can be easily outclassed. Regardless, he has some support utility with the Signal Flare Activated Ability, which can strip Camo Bloon properties including on DDTs.
General information

[edit | edit source]C4 Charlie has brown fur, tan skin and black eyes (with black war paint under them), and wears a lime green helmet with black straps and a "C4" logo scrawled on top, gloves, and neckerchief with a dark green backpack. He wears a pair of white goggles with a blue lens and a white antennae on his helmet.
Personality and traits
[edit | edit source]C4 Charlie is extremely excitable with a very prominent affinity for all things explosive, even asking Sai for some flash bombs should she be deployed on the battlefield after him. Unfortunately, while he does realize the sheer power of explosives, him missing the first day of military school made him neglect the concept of caution around them.
After the events of Loch'd And Loaded, he immediately proclaims Jake the Dog to be his hero due to his methods of popping Bloons.
