Rubber Bullets is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It causes all T4+ Sniper Monkey shots to only deal 1 damage per shot and changes the damage type to Normal, regardless of any other damage modifier, but stun MOAB-Class Bloons briefly, except BADs and Bosses. This Artifact only has a Rare version.

Strategy
The artifact is detrimental with Maim MOAB as that already immobilizes MOAB-Class Bloons for longer and but with much greater damage, so the artifact is only useful with the other Tier 4 Sniper paths, Supply Drop can stun multiple targets but Elite Defender becomes better in the late game and freeplay when the player has enough attack speed boosts that allows it to quickly hit targets again before the stun expires, even on multiple lanes.
Rubber Bullets has an anti-synergy with One Shot, as Rubber Bullets make the sniper useless for damage.
