 Step 4: Start Round 4. Upgrade the Super to Tech Terror ASAP and use its ability immediately.

Get another Glue Gunner and upgrade it to 4-2-0. Make sure it’s in the same place as the old Bloon Solver. Start Round 5. Use the ability every time you can. Upgrade to Bloon Solver when possible. Put a Boomerang Monkey where the Super Glue was and make it 0-4-2. Upgrade to Permacharge when you use the Anti Bloon ability a second time. If you do it like I did, you’ll win with 90 lives left (I leaked a Rainbow).
