During the campaign, Sheriff and his Posse can get trigger events known as Random Encounters, these are usually started by resting at a Campfire or by talking to certain NPC Monkeys that appear at random across the Frontier. When triggered, the player will be presented with a text describing the situation and a set of options that represent the actions that Sheriff can do in response. Afterwards, the variety of the consequences can be very wide, for example, the player can win or lose Bananite, Monkeys can leave the Posse and wander somewhere else, towers can gain temporal traits (positive or negative) or even permanently modify the ones they already have.
