Full Metal Jacket is the Sniper Monkey's path 1 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It allows the Sniper to pop Lead and frozen bloons, and increases its damage dealt from 2 to 4.

Without buffs or crosspathing, it can one-shot any bloon up to a yellow bloon. It also can skip layers on tougher bloons, for instance a Rainbow bloon turns into 8 yellow bloons.

If Shrapnel shots is bought, the shrapnel also gain the ability to pop lead and frozen bloons and they deal 2 damage each.

This path can be further upgraded into Large caliber.

All of the higher middle path upgrades will deal 2 damage with the shrapnel.

Strategy

A 110 Sniper monkey is a very cheap option to pop early camo and lead. If set on strong it will usually pop all the leads on round 28 and 30 into green bloons, however it will target the Zebra bloons on round 37 over the lead bloons.

Bottom path benefits a lot from top path in terms of single moab damage, especially round 100 BAD and Bosses. An Elite Defender crosspathed with top path is able to defeat the first tier of most bosses, however it is usually needed to upgrade the crosspath to a Large Calibre.
