Bloons Tower Defense 2 (also known as BTD2 or Bloons TD 2) is the sequel to the original Bloons Tower Defense, and the prequel to Bloons Tower Defense 3. It released on October 18, 2007, two months after the release of Bloons TD 1. It introduces game difficulties to the Bloons TD series, with Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulties being available.
