Solution
Aim a medium power dart in a 45 degree angle so that it pops the Light Sabre Bloon before the dart touches the breakable block, while the dart still bounces without touching the metal blocks before popping the Spikey Ball Bloon, ending with a. Afterwards, aim a full power throw between the topmost normal and Spikey Ball Bloon, with the boomerang popping the Bomb Bloon on its way back. This should pop the final spikey ball bloon and popping the last remaining bloon.
