'''Lifeguard Brickell''' is a lifeguard version of Brickell. She exchanges all of her military gear for the following: a white inflatable raft with an added guard tower and white flag, a green water gun, a white shirt, orange shorts and a pair of white sandals. Her guard tower flag and shirt have an orange insignia resembling a life preserver. For an unspecified reason, her eyes are also brown instead of navy blue.

Level 3 gives her a megaphone and whistle, while her lifebuoy turns white on two of its sides. Level 7 upgrades her water gun's range, while adding a antenna for camo detection.

Level 10 changes a lot about her outfit, changing her shirt to orange, removing her megaphone, and giving her sunglasses. Her raft increases in size, gaining oars and a buoy with flags. The blue on her water gun turns orange, adds a hand grip, and changes the yellow on her lifebuoy to orange.

Level 20 is mostly color changes, changing the orange megaphone on her buoy to yellow, changing her sunglasses orange, and her raft turns black and orange. Her shirt becomes black and red-orange, with sleeves.
