Dual Layer Blades is the Bloonchipper's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in mobile version of Bloons Monkey City. It allows the chipper to deal 2 damage to each Bloon it fully shreds. It does not impact the rate at which Ceramic Bloons are shredded, nor the amount of layers shredded from them.
