Bounce Drill is a level in Bloon Dunes in Bloons 2. In the Flash version, it is the seventh level of the zone, while in the mobile version, it is the fourth level.
Solution
The player should use minimal dart power and aim the single dart for the middle Perished Rubber Blocks. The dart will then bounce and drill towards these blocks, before eventually reaching to the bloon at the very bottom of the level.
