MOAB Mauler is useful for Round 40, in addition to for breaking down blimps in the mid-game, especially grouped blimps on rounds such as 75. However, after a multitude of nerfs that eliminated its bonus {{B|Ceramic Bloon|BTD6}} damage and reduced its blimp damage, it is not recommended to spam MOAB Maulers for the late-game. Usually, a 0-3-0 MOAB Mauler is enough, but extra range can be obtained with 0-3-1 if needed. The 1-3-0 or 2-3-0 crosspath can be used for MOAB Mauler to dent clumped blimps in late-game rounds, but by that point, MOAB Mauler no longer serves significant purpose regardless of the crosspath. | |||
