Hot Shots serves as a decent early-game, being very solid on maps with good bends but lacking on maps without them. 3-2-0 does significantly more overall damage, due to the greatly improved pierce, and is optimal for most cases. It shines in [[Race Event]]s, where its high pierce, high attack speed, and 2 damage per tack handles many rounds simultaneously and transitions well into {{B|Ring of Fire|BTD6}}, which is exceptionally strong in races as well. 3-0-2 performs more single-target damage and can be used for Round 40, but is generally not recommended unless upgrading further. | |||
