Banana Research Facility is the Banana Farm's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. Instead of producing bananas, it produces five crates of bananas (10 in the Flash version), each worth $400 ($300 in the Flash version), effectively producing $2,000 per round on Mobile and $3000 per round on Flash. In the mobile version, upgrading a Banana Republic into a Banana Research facility in the middle of a round causes it to produce crates at the same rate as a Banana Republic for the rest of the round.
