Sticky Situation is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It increases the damage dealt by Primary Monkeys against glued bloons.
MOABs and Boss Bloons
MOAB-class bloons have to be glued with the MOAB glue (or greater) upgrade for towers to benefit from the extra damage. This means MOABs coated with only the corrosive glue (or higher) upgrade are not affected. Boss bloons are not affected at all by this artifact[1].
