Full description	Increase Intel Radius by 100%.

Better Signal is one of the Sniper's Tactical Path Upgrades in Bloons Blitz. This upgrade increases the distance the Hero can collect intel crates from by 100%, which does not stack with multiple Sniper Monkeys with this upgrade. If the Sniper Monkey does not have Enemy Knowledge, this upgrade also causes the Sniper Monkey's tracking device to indicate the direction of the nearest cache.
