Chain Reaction is the 18th level in the Flash version of Bloons. The level features a hallway of Bloons surrounded by Solid Blocks.
Solution
Use the first shot to break the Breakable Block to the right, and then use the second shot to start a chain reaction with the Tack Bloons.
