Description
A special operative of the M.I.B. that will use any means to neutralize the bloon threat. He can use his contacts to call in supply drops of cash and lives.
The COBRA spawns collectables near itself immediately after being placed and every ten seconds. The animation of it calling in the crate takes two seconds, during which it cannot use its pistol attack. It alternates between spawning cash crates that contain $50–$100 and first aid kits that restore 1–2 lives (though it cannot restore lives past the starting amount of the current difficulty). COBRA follows a fixed pattern for which collectable he spawn. Once placed, he always spawn a cash crate, followed by a first aid kit. From then on, COBRA will consistently spawn 2 cash crates and 1 first aid kit. Each collectable lasts for 20 seconds and can carry over one round. This is considered an attack and the rate it spawns collectables at can be buffed, such as with the Siren Hat or Lemonhope.

Double Tap quadruples the attack speed of the COBRA's main attack, despite what its description states. Visually, the COBRA wields two pistols instead of one.

Attrition causes the COBRA to automatically inflict a damage over time effect on every MOAB-Class Bloon immediately after spawning from the entrance or from another Bloon, dealing 5 damage every second. This does not stack with multiple COBRAs.

Monkey Stim causes the COBRA to halve the cooldowns of all powers and Activated Abilities. This does not stack with multiple COBRAs. If a power or ability is still on cooldown when the COBRA is sold, its remaining cooldown time is doubled, effectively returning the cooldown to what it would have been without Monkey Stim in play.
