Version 6.23 is the second major update to the multiplatform version of Bloons TD Battles of 2025. It introduced the map Circuit Board and balance changes.

X-4 Technological Terror	Upgrade cost reduced ― $22,000 → $20,000  Attack cooldown increased ― 0.012s → 0.017s (attack speed reduced by 29.41%) Note: Effectively reduces attack cooldown from 2 frames to 3 frames, but 2-4 crosspath remains 2 frames

Bloonchipper

•  ZOMGs can now only be slowed to a minimum of 50% its initial speed (factoring in freeplay), including from Artillery Battery's Pop and Awe stun, but not Cripple MOAB or Bloon Snipe
•  Spaced Lead: Interval reduced ― 1.5s → 1.35s
•  Spaced Zebra: Interval reduced ― 0.6s → 0.54s

Notes

• The update notes erroneously refer to Super Monkey Fan Club as "Supermonkey Fan Club", the Monkey Apprentice as the "Apprentice Monkey", the Banana Farm as lowercase "Banana farm", Super Monkey as "Supermonkey", and Laser Blasts as "Laser Vision".
• The update notes erroneously list the base cost changes to the Banana Farm as "Price increased", even though its cost was reduced and it lists the correct costs before and after.
• The update notes refer to the change to Faster Shred as a change to its attack speed, but it actually changes the rate it deals damage at to sucked-in Bloons.
