Solution

This level has multiple possible solutions, and the one shown below is only one of them.

Throw a dart towards the two Spikey Ball Bloons at the top left: if successful, it will clear more than half of all bloons in the level. Afterwards, throw a dart towards the Boomerang Bloon at the left side of the screen in such a way that it also hits the adjacent Bomb Bloon, then throw the boomerang towards the rightmost Boomerang Bloon, hitting the Spikey Ball Bloons in the process. Finally, throw the second boomerang towards the bottom right Bomb Bloon. If the target score has not been reached yet, fire any remaining darts towards the remaining bloons.
