Wish orb, and by extension, gem farming, is primarily done through one wand and one trinket, Thought Cannon Wand and Treasure Chest Keys. Thought Cannon Wand lets any moabs hit by the wielder drop wish orbs, while Treasure Chest Keys has a chance of any moab popped by the wielder dropping a chest that can give wish orbs, gems, and coins.
