Keen Eye is one of the Sniper's Tactical Path Upgrades in Bloons Blitz. This upgrade causes the Sniper Monkey to spawn hidden caches around the map at random, and grants the Sniper Monkey a tracking device that indicates how close the player is to the nearest cache. Caches are normally invisible, but have small marks on the ground that indicate their position. The player can collect a cache by going within 5 meters of it, which adds 1 intel point to the team. Additional Sniper Monkeys with this upgrade do not spawn more caches, but increase the intel points earned by collecting caches by 1 each.
Collecting intel unlocks buffs to all Sniper Monkeys in the player's team. Each buff requires more intel to unlock than the previous buff, though any excess intel from the previous buff (i.e., by collecting a cache and earning more intel than required for that buff) carries over. The Level 2 version of this upgrade reduces the amount of intel required for each buff by almost half in total. Caches stop spawning after the player unlocks all seven intel buffs.

Tracking device
All Sniper Monkeys with Keen Eye display a signal that indicates how close the player is to the nearest cache. Its pulses become larger, more frequent, and more red the closer the player is to a cache. Both tier 2 Tactical Path upgrades cause the tracking device to additionally display a symbol that points towards the nearest cache.
