Sonic Boom is the Boomerang Thrower's path 2 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles. It changes the damage type of the Boomerang Thrower's projectiles from piercing to fire, allowing them to damage frozen Bloons. In the mobile version only, it also allows Glaive Lord's orbiting glaives to pop frozen, while in the Flash version, they can pop frozen by default.
