Pretty sure the goldify potion doesn't affect bosses, and if they did I'd write that i would advise using rtg offensively as a mib skip vs these bosses

Rubber to Gold should ideally be placed well before a defense can damage the bloons in order to provide time to gild Bloons and damage Lead Bloons with the base attack. Placing a defense too close to the Rubber to Gold may result in lost income from popping Bloons yet to be gilded or Lead Bloons yet to be converted.
