High Impact Glue is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It doubles the speed of projectiles from Glue Gunners and makes them deal damage to Bloons they hit, which is further increased if there are more Bloons on the screen in the same way Avatar of Wrath works, based on the total leak damage (lives, not RBE) of all Bloons on the screen, this increase is capped at 10× the base damage. Higher rarity versions of the artifact increase the amount of damage the projectile does and lowers the amount of leak damage needed to increase the damage by +1.

During the early game, the damage output is not very significant as there will not be enough Bloons on the screen to increase the bonus, but the high projectile speed will help to reduce the chances of missing faster Bloons and spread Glue more effectively and reduce the penalty from Artifacts like Heightened Perception.
As the campaign progresses the damage will increase with the presence of MOAB-Class Bloons, but it is still not very significant as most Glue Gunner upgrades will ignore Bloons that are already covered in the same type of Glue they shoot so they won't hit them very often, making the top path still the way to go if consistent DPS is needed.
This remains true until Super Glue is available as this upgrade can use this Artifact at its full potential because it can keep shooting at already glued Bloons, finally making use of the extra damage which in addition to its regular damage can make the Monkey a powerful DPS Tower, specially when combined with attack speed boosts and Sticky Situation.
