Ezili is a Hero in Bloons Card Storm introduced in version 6.0. She is purchasable from the Store for  2,000 Monkey Money or by purchasing the Ezili Hero Bundle or Ezili Mega bundle for real money.

She has a variety of supports with her abilities: she can buff the health of her friendly Bloons, lose Health to grant Temporary Ammo to a Monkey, or deal damage to Bloons based on their delay. She has exclusive cards that modify Bloons and Powers, and benefit Monkeys.

• Bloon Voodoo − Passively grants +5 health to all Bloons summoned on the player's side (or +10 health if it's undead), including Bloons summoned by the Storm. It has no Bloontonium requirement.
• Sacrificial Totem — Adds 1 Temporary Ammo to a target Monkey, then inflicts 20 damage to herself. The player can still activate it if it would result in a game over. Visually, if this ability can be activated, she wears a mask.
• Big Voodoo — Deals damage to all enemy Bloons. Each Bloon takes 60 damage multiplied by its delay. Bloons with 0 delay take no damage. Immobile Bloons count as 5 delay, taking 300 damage.

Ezili is difficult to learn, however she works in a variety of strategies. Tempo strategies with undead Bloons are one of her best strategies. With aggro Ezili, a swarm deck works well with her, and with her final ability available she can eliminate an ARBITR with ease.

• Each descendant of Bloon can receive the Health bonus, making this helpful for Nested and Undead Bloons.

Development

Ninja Kiwi released concept art of Ezili, among other Heroes, for Bloons Card Storm in the April 2024 Dev Diary, though she was not mentioned again until previews for version 6.0. Her concept design is slightly different and closer to how she appears in Bloons TD 6 and Bloons TD Battles 2.

During development of version 6.0, Sacrificial Totem originally cost 6 Bloontonium and inflicted 50 damage, but it was changed to costing 5 Bloontonium and inflicting 20 damage before the update released, the latter change being due to feedback from community playtesters. The original damage amount was displayed in the update video, but the update preview post on Reddit stated the final damage amount.
