She-Ra is a Hero Skin for Adora in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 48.0. It is only obtainable by purchasing the She-Ra Prestige Pack from the Shop, though it can be played for free in the Quests She-Ra to the Rescue! and the third part of He-Man Has The Power!. In Bloons TD 6+ or Bloons TD 6 NETFLIX, due to the lack of a shop, the skin is purchasable for Monkey Money 10,000 Monkey Money instead. In Rogue Legends, this skin has the same starter party as regular Adora.
