Template:Lst with substitution

An alternative to the LST parser function that allows one substring in the transcluded text to be substituted with another string.

Example usage

It reduces its attack cooldown by a flat 0.49 seconds, effectively increasing its attack speed by roughly 30% (roughly 37.4% if crosspathed with The Big One).

It reduces the Sniper Monkey's attack cooldown by ~66.64%. In the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City, the attack cooldown is reduced by ~67.4% instead and also gains the ability to pop Lead Bloons.
