Marketplace is a reasonably strong Banana Farm upgrade for its price range, being cheaper than [[Banana Plantation (BTD6)|Banana Plantation]] while generating the same amount of cash, auto-collecting bananas, and selling for more. It is a solid choice to "set and forget" as it does not require any further maintenance, unlike the other Banana Farm paths, but it is also key in a more active farming strategy due to its increased sell value. Their higher sell value (80%, 85% with {{BTD6 mk|Better Sell Deals}}) makes them efficient for short-term and early mid-game farming; sell them right before an important round such as when a [[Boss Bloon]] appears. Marketplaces also make a good stepping stone towards [[Banana Research Facility (BTD6)|Banana Research Facility]] (BRF) and [[Banana Central (BTD6)|Banana Central]]; Marketplaces can be sold after several rounds to afford BRF faster than if they were not used.
