Wish orb, and by extension, gem farming, is primarily done through one wand and one trinket, [[Thought Cannon Wand]] and [[Treasure Chest Keys]]. Thought Cannon Wand lets any moabs hit by the wielder drop wish orbs, while Treasure Chest Keys has a chance of any moab popped by the wielder dropping a chest that can give wish orbs, gems, and coins.
