*The Big One is one of the most space-efficient towers, dealing 160 damage per turn. Buffing it with Try this! will improve its effectiveness further, but beware a potential [[Return to Sender]] or other removal from the opponent.

*[[Striker Jones (BCS)|Striker Jones]]' max passive ability also pairs well for The Big One. [[Ezili (BCS)|Ezili’s]] Totem also pairs well with it.

*Due to its randomness, it is susceptible to [[Toxic Bloon]]'s Monkey removal On Pop effect, and its high damage also makes it vulnerable to [[Buddy Bloon]] (only surpassed by, if scaled enough, some highly buffed scaling Monkeys like [[Spike-o-pult (BTD6)|Spike-o-pult]]).
