This artifact provides a powerful and universal increase to attack speed, making it a great option for many towers. The random projectile spread, however, means that many towers will also lose some consistency as a result, especially against faster Bloons such as Pinks and Ceramics. As a result, it is especially good on towers with attacks that are very difficult to miss, such as homing attacks and instant hits.
 
Using this artifact on towers such as the Dartling Gunner is risky due to the random spread stacks on top of what they already have, resulting in a very wide cone of fire. This combined with the small projectile size of their darts make for a very inconsistent tower. [[Plasma Accelerator (BTD6)|Plasma Accelerator]] is an exception to this, as its beam attack is not affected by random spread.
