Arctic Wind is the Ice Monkey's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It increases the range (and AOE) of the Ice Tower's freeze by 40% and adds an arctic wind to the tower with a slightly larger range that slows bloons every 0.05 seconds to 25% speed for 2 seconds (which allows bloons to be slowed briefly after leaving the wind's range)

Arctic Wind has a very consistent slowdown that clumps Bloons and keeps them in range of its freezes and other towers. It is often cheaper to get a Glue Hose, but an Arctic Wind can concentrate slowdown in a small area to clump up bloons for towers like Cluster Bombs.

Arctic Wind is incompatible with Ice Shards on the Bloons Monkey City, making the pairing redundant. Also in the Flash version, using a village with Jungle Drums and Monkey Intelligence Bureau allows the Arctic Wind to fully clean up infinite ceramics on its own, due to the re-freeze mechanic and its infinite pierce.
