The Blessed Dart is a Special Item in Bloons Monkey City. In the mobile version, it gives all Dart Monkeys a 20% chance for their projectiles to have double pierce. In the Flash version, it increases the pierce of all Dart Monkey projectiles by a flat 0.2, causing every fifth projectile to have +1 pierce, which stacks additively with Monkey Knowledge.
