Operation: Dart Storm is the Monkey Ace's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It doubles the attack speed of Monkey Ace's darts and MOAB missiles, and increases the number of darts fired per volley from 12 to 16. This upgrade also increases the damage of MOAB missiles from 18 to 24.

Strategy

Operation: Dart Storm greatly improves the Fighter Plane's MOAB-class damage and Bloon cleanup, making this a decent mid-game upgrade, particularly when transitioning into Sky Shredder. It is effective on maps with obstacles, such as Ravine, where other towers fall off. Additionally, its large amount of projectiles per volley at a moderate rate makes this upgrade an excellent candidate for Berserker Brew.

Sharper Darts is the preferred crosspath to improve its general cleanup, with Centered Path being optional for more mobility. Exploding Pineapple improves its grouped damage via improved explosives, but is not as effective outside of groups of blimps. Spy Plane has a decent synergy with its extra Camo damage for its darts, but requires micro to do more damage to Phayze, as its missiles don't gain the Camo damage buff.
