This Artifact is a low priority one as range is rarely an issue for Military Towers as only [[Monkey Sub (BTD6)|Monkey Subs]] and [[Monkey Buccaneer|Monkey Buccaneers]] have use for it on most cases, however a raw Pierce buff is always useful specially when there are no drawbacks from using it.
