*The Big One is one of the most space-efficient towers, dealing 140 damage per turn. Buffing it with Try this! will improve its effectiveness further, but beware a potential [[Return to Sender]] or other removal from the opponent.

*Due to its randomness, it is susceptible to [[Toxic Bloon]]'s Monkey removal On Pop effect, and its high damage also makes it vulnerable to [[Buddy Bloon]] (only surpassed by [[Crippling Sniper]] and, if scaled enough, all highly buffed scaling Monkeys).
