Full Metal Jacket is the Sniper Monkey's path 1 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It increases the Sniper Monkey's damage from 2 to 4 (without Monkey Knowledge) and allows it to pop Lead Bloons and frozen Bloons. In the Flash version, the Sniper Monkey can already pop frozen without this upgrade, despite what its description implies.

Strategy

When set on Strong, its cheap early-game lead-popping and relatively high damage lets it assist early rounds to chip non-blimp Bloons but falls off quickly in rounds with dense Bloons and/or MOAB-class Bloons.
