Precious Space is a map that is mirrored laterally, containing asteroids that provide space for land and water towers. There's also a spaceship on the right side of the left player (left side of the right player) that cannot fit any tower. Only two of the asteroids contain water. The middle asteroid's lake has enough space to fit three Monkey Sub or two Monkey Buccaneers. The asteroid below it has a lake that's large enough to fit two Monkey Subs or one Monkey Buccaneer.

In general, this map is not difficult even without taking advantage of the removable rocks. It's preferred to remove the top and bottom small rocks (unless Dartling Gunner, where only top rock is preferred), which give a large income boost for early rounds. At higher-level gameplay, Precious Space's removable rocks makes it compulsory to have at least one income-generating tower and/or hero in the loadout, since that can quickly snowball income and make defending easier on rounds 5 and 10. Keep the middle rock if using a water-centric strategy, and the top-left/top-right rock for Banana Farm users.

Natural Bloons begin from the lower lane, sent Bloons begin from the upper lane, and converge into a single lane that follows the path downwards along the asteroid trail.

Mechanics

[edit | edit source]

The five placeable areas of the map can be permanently destroyed by the player to generate cash. Each space becomes destructible starting on a certain round and gives a different amount of cash. Any towers placed on a space are automatically sold if the space is destroyed. In Bananza, the cash rewards are doubled. It is possible to destroy all of the spaces, which would leave the player without any way to place towers.

Each space is represented by a colored flag with a letter from A to E in Monklish.

Color Letter Size Water? Round unlocked Reward for destroying
Yellow A Small No 5 $450
Green B Large Yes 15 $4,000
Blue C Medium Yes 10 $2,000
Purple D Very large No 20 $8,000
Red E Small No 5 $600

In general, this map is not difficult even without taking advantage of the removable rocks. It's preferred to remove the top and bottom small rocks (unless Dartling Gunner, where only top rock is preferred), which give a large income boost for early rounds. At higher-level gameplay, Precious Space's removable rocks makes it compulsory to have at least one income-generating tower and/or hero in the loadout, since that can quickly snowball income and make defending easier on rounds 5 and 10. Keep the middle rock if using a water-centric strategy, and the top-left/top-right rock for Banana Farm users.
