Monkey Intelligence Bureau is the Monkey Village's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It grants towers the capability to pop Black, White, Purple, Lead, and Frozen properties,[fn 1], giving them the equivalent of Normal damage type against all except Glass Bloons, though it does allow Acid damage type to pop Glass Bloons. This buff also grants targeting of Lead and Purple properties (e.g. Psi before level 6 or 11), but will not grant targeting of other Bloon properties, including Frozen.

Monkey Intelligence Bureau is a simple but expensive solution to countering Bloon properties; its main strength compared to alternatives is the lack of reliance on timing, due to its 100% uptime buffs. However, cheaper supports, such as Glue Strike and Embrittlement, are more cost-efficient and provide extra benefits, Glue Storm is able to cover all DDT rounds in CHIMPS (including round 95), and Hero buffs (e.g. Gwendolin, Striker Jones) are preferred if revolving around specific towers.
Most of the time, MIB is used to counter the Lead and Black properties of DDTs, or prevent anti-synergy with Frozen Bloons (e.g. Snowstorm, Silas). This buff also opens up crosspaths that are much stronger than the one that pops all Bloon types (e.g. 5-2-0 Glaive Lord over 5-0-2).
