'''Tsar Bomba''' is the [[Monkey Ace (BTD6)|Monkey Ace]]'s path 2 tier 5 [[upgrade]] in ''[[Bloons TD 6]]''. This upgrade significantly improves the [[Bomber Ace (BTD6)|Bomber Ace's]] bombs, as well as improving the effect of the [[Ground Zero (BTD6)|Ground Zero]] ability. The improved ability now deals:

 

* 3,000 [[damage]] to all Bloons on screen, up to a limit of 5,000 Bloons damaged.

** If the pierce cap is reached, the ability will damage the 5,000 Bloons nearest to the ace's runway platform.

* Applies an 8 second stun to all Bloons that are damaged but not popped by the explosion

 

The Bomber Ace's bombs now have

 

* Improved bomb damage from 15 to 20

* Now gains +10 bonus [[Ceramic damage]]

Tsar Bomba's ability is significantly more powerful than [[Ground Zero (BTD6)|Ground Zero]], standing out against BFBs, ZOMGs, and Fortified DDTs, but weaker against sustained rushes compared to multiple Ground Zeroes. It is most effective in [[Race Event]]s and CT Time Attack, as its ability can almost immediately wipe out masses of BFBs. In CHIMPS, it remains useful when combined with low-RBE cleanups such as [[Perma-Spike (BTD6)|Perma-Spike]] and single-target damage such as [[Spike Storm (BTD6)|Spike Storm]] to account for Tsar's downtime and fairly inconsistent bombing runs.

Like Ground Zero, micromanagement of Tsar Bomba's stronger bombing runs will help cover downtime of the ability to an extent, but proper ability timing and stalling remain important. For the best results, always time the ability while all but a few blimps are on screen, or with one or few healthy ZOMGs remaining on screen. The stun from the ability on surviving blimps can offer more time to stall.
