Supermonkey is a character in Bloons Adventure Time TD. He is unlocked by completing Wake Up Call on any difficulty.

Star level bonuses

2	Pierce increases by 1. Laser Eyes always sets his pierce to the same value, so it no longer has any effect, and Plasma Eyes and further upgrades do not factor in the added pierce.
3	Unlocks Heroic Aura.
4	Range increases by 3 units, including while transformed into the Sun God.
5	Unlocks Call in Friends.
6	Attack cooldown reduces by 0.01 seconds, effectively increasing his attack speed by ~11.1%. Has no effect after upgrading to Supersonic Speed, which always sets the cooldown to 0.07 seconds.
7	Unlocks Sun God.
8	Pierce increases by 2 (3 overall). Laser Eyes now reduces his pierce by 2, and Plasma Eyes and further upgrades do not factor in the added pierce.
9	Range increases by 4 units, including while transformed into the Sun God.
10	Starts with Heroic Aura for free when placed.

Supermonkey is an expensive DPS character that outputs heavy DPS and can easily access lead-popping through Plasma Eyes. He is unique since he doesn't need many attack speed buffs and trinkets; just 20% additional speed is enough to bring him to the speed cap of the game, or 50% if he uses his Sun God ability. Therefore it can mostly be ignored (because of external buffs like Lemonhope and instruments), instead opting for raw damage or support is best.

In the damage side, the usual raw damage trinkets work alongside James' Lucky Coin to boost the damage by an effective 5%. Dark Temple Idol is a staple to improve the ability's effectiveness. Plasma Goggles can also be considered a more hands-on option.

On the support side, due to his massive range he can safely equip Googoomamameter or CryoJet to debuff bloons that come near, or Siren Hat and Treetrunk's Apple Knife to boost friendly characters. He also discounts other character's upgrades when they are nearby with Heroic Aura, so it may be worth it to get him down very early to save money in the long run.

Supermonkey's ally slots are very limited, wanting Super Fans as soon as he reaches star level 7, and like all Monkey characters the COBRA and Technological Terror are very valuable. After those 3, his final slot is rather flexible, providing stalling support with Gumbald, damage with Wildberry Princess, or income support with Dr Monkey.
