Josh's Constant is a hidden achievement in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 14.0. It is unlocked by completing CHIMPS on an Expert map while spending at least $40,870 on a single Spike Factory.
Strategy
All tier 5 Spike Factories cost enough to meet the spending requirement. Perma-Spike is the cheapest option, and must have Tier 2 on either crosspath and not be discounted to meet the requirement. Dark Castle is recommended as it is considered one of the easiest Expert maps and has only one exit, allowing Perma-Spike to excel.
Carpet of Spikes can also complete this achievement, but Super Mines is far too expensive.
