The Bomb Shooter is a Primary tower in Bloons TD 6. It can be unlocked at levels 2 through 6.

The Bomb Shooter shoots bombs that explode on impact, creating a blast that pops a moderate amount of Bloons that are inside the blast radius. The blasts can pop Lead Bloons, but not Black Bloons. It can be upgraded to create bigger stunning explosions, fire missiles which do extra damage to MOAB-Class Bloons, or send out multiple clusters of explosions.
