Shotgun hits release shrapnel and can even knock back MOABs. When lives are lost, weaker Bloons only take 1 life each for a short time.

Avenger is the Desperado's path 3 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It increases the damage of the pistol attack from 6 to 18 and does +18 Ceramic damage, increases the knockback of the shotgun attack on non-blimp types to -200%, allows it to knock MOAB-Class Bloons back at -100% speed, and causes each shell to spray three shrapnel projectiles on contact with a Bloon, spread 120° apart each dealing 1 damage to up to 6 bloons (affected by
Extra Dart Pops).
Additionally, whenever a life is lost, all Bloons up to Rainbow only take away 1 life when they leak, alongside all the effects gained from the Nomad upgrade, for 15 seconds.
